The NHG Practice Guidelines for GPS Are Indispensable for the GP.
The NHG standards for the general practitioner are indispensable for the general practitioner and for any other professional who has to do with the NHG standards. From now on you always have the summary cards at hand, in practice, at home and on the road on your smartphone. All NHG Standaarden summar cards are clearly merged in the app. If there is a new summary card available, you will receive a notification in the app. If you download the app on your tablet, you not only have access to the summary cards, but to the complete version of the NHG Standaarden . That way you are always up to date. The guidelines from the NHG standards are-as far as possible-based on evidence from scientific research. Relevant articles are sought through searches in the Cochrane Library, Clinical Evidence, Embase and Pubmed (Medline). Other guidelines are also consulted via the database of the US National Guideline Clearinghouse and the website of some important guideline organizations (Nice, Sign et cetera). The articles found are assessed on relevance for the question and for first -line medicine. The quality of the research and the level of evidence are critically considered. The articles thus selected substantiate the conclusions and recommendations from the NHG standards.
